Substitute Plans

Hmmm... don't know why I didn't think to ask you all this earlier!  I wanted to see if anyone has any easy "go to" sub plans, especially for upper grades.  I am just looking for ideas... of course I procrastinated until the end and now I am scrambling to get maternity plans done (hopefully our son stays inside at least two more weeks so I have time to get stuff together).  I also STINK at making regular sub plans- it's so difficult since I'm at two different schools and have to have double of everything.

My sub will have access to all technology (PPT, smartboard, etc) and I see my kids for 30 minutes at a time.  Any ideas?
