"A Child of Song"

The 5/4 choral piece that I suggested is called, "A Child of Song."  It's by Andy Beck and Derryl Herring and published by Alfred (AP23539) as part of their "choral designs" series.  It's a "level 2" (orange) in that series.

The piece "mixes" between 5/4 and 3/4 sections.  Eventually, there's a three part canon.
